Abraham Lincoln was one of the great leaders of our country. He had great wisdom and he had the courage to make a difference. Below you can see a couple of his quotes that show his feelings on personal responsibility:
"You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich.
You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong.
You cannot bring about prosperity by discouraging thrift.
You cannot lift the wage earner up by pulling the wage payer down."
"You cannot further the brotherhood of man by inciting class hatred.
You cannot build character and courage by taking away people's initiative and independence. You cannot help people permanently by doing for them, what they could and should do for themselves."
- Abraham Lincoln
Hopefully our citizens will realize this soon and stop with the "entitlement mentality" that many have. This is a great nation, and many people have came here with nothing and became successful (possibly your own relatives).

Living A Life of Truth
Vision, Personal Responsibility, and Self-Motivation...
That's what I think it takes to be victorious and live a life of truth. This all comes from having a sense of purpose, a sense of self-esteem, and having self-determination and commitment. Christ was committed to going to the cross to die for your sins... He did not waiver. You need to be committed to living the best life you can live, and be all you can be as a testimony to Him. Not just in business, but all aspects of your life. I read a great book recently titled "One Month to Live - Thirty Days to a No-Regrets Life" by Kerry & Chris Shook. It talks about having faith and having passion in your life. Living intentionally and having no fear. How would you live and what would you do if you knew you only had 30 days left to live? What would be in the dash between the years of your life?
YOU get to decide how you're going to use your dash. Stop waiting for Someday.
Live a life of Gratitude and Thanksgiving.
